Outstanding service, very proffesional from the owners to the staff. I have been using them over 10yrs and never once had an issue. Working in property management it is critical that I recieve a very quick response time and I have always gotten that from them day or night. I will continue to use them as long as I'm in this field. ServiceMaster of Baltimore will always be my first choice.

Chrissy was super! She was so nice and polite. She called the night before to let us know Freddie would be at our house at 10 am. Freddie was prompt, courteous and did a great job explaining what he was going to do. Just before he finished he ask me to look it all over to be sure I was happy with the work. I will definitely refer ServiceMaster of Baltimore to my friends and real estate clients.
Part 2 of my restoration from a leaking water pipe was to have the carpet padding replaced in ruined area and the rug re-laid and cleaned. I especially appreciate that Freddie noticed that the padding he had with him was ot the same quality (even though it was the right thickness) as what I had. He made a trip back to Baltimore to secure the right material. The work was thorough--cleaning the entire large space not just the affected area. My living space is fully restored. Thank you.
My mom's house was damaged by fire. ServiceMaster of Baltimore should up. And has done a outstanding job. The crew that showed up was honest and perfesional. They have made a terrible experience easier to recover from. We Highly recommended them.
My in-laws home was severally damaged by fire this week. Service Master came in and has made this situation so much easier to deal with. They are truly a blessing. They have been extremely professional, honest and understanding under these circumstances and I would highly and encourage and recommend them to everyone!!!!
