I use service master to clean all my belongings after having a house fire. The had my belongings for SIX MONTHS and returned everything still covered in soot and the glass table top still had the original brown water stain from the water use by the fire department to extinguish the fire. They also broke & damage furniture during the pack out. My 1st bad experience was when Tom Davies stated that he cleaned the white sofa in my basement but he did not. ServiceMaster has controls in place to make sure this does not happen and this has not happened in the past, but there was a mix-up with the crew chief responsible for making sure all items are cleaned and labeled properly, and while that is not an excuse, I believe we have done everything in our power to correct the mistake. Service master of Baltimore located in 21237. Are liars and scammers they over charged my insurance company put things in there estimate that didn’t even exist in my home. Barely cleaned my home after fire damage. They are insurance scammers and I have reported them to BBB. Ryan Peters comes off so nice and professional. But he is really a dishonest snake. Do not fall for his sponge test he is fraud.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! this is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. the whole system is set up to scam you and the insurance company. they catch you in a vulnerable situation and put papers in front of you and have you sign them knowing that you are distraught and will do anything to get the problem solved and quickly. a complete and total scam and rip off! My sump pump failed back in August and Service Master of Baltimore made a stressful event easy. They came in and cleaned up all the water a dried out my basement. They a very knowledgeable staff and the customer service is awesome!
The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. So dishonest, I am getting ready to file fraud charges against them. They charge the insurance company for all kinds of fluffed work and then don’t even do it. I have documented everything. Very poor excuse of a company. They aren’t even honest enough to admit when they break things.
