Makes sure everything is done up to code and gave me best advise on all my questions. City of St. Pete inspector said to me, “You’ve got a great roofing job. I have been a licensed Community Association Manager for 15 years. I will ONLY use Service Master by Reed. I literally had a bad leak which flooded the entire lobby and first floor of the 16 story high-rise on the beach that I manage other past Christmas day. I called Dwight Reed and he had a crew out within 2 hours to mediate. I stayed home. This operation is dependable and his rates are very reasonable.
I could not explain the high level of professionalism ServiceMaster has shown my husband and I. We have used them for 3 separate occasions and each time their crew comes to our house, they are professional, fast, and efficient. We couldn't have asked for more from a restoration company. Anytime we contact Dwight, he has always been there for us. He turns our emergencies into fixed problems and we couldn't thank him enough.
Still awaiting payment for a job we completed for this company in May of 2017.
