No transparency, no accountability, Alan blames the customer instead of being honest about they delays, and mistakes. I can’t even get lists of what all has been trashed, credited, and what is being cleaned and how. Currently I have asked them to remove their 1 piece of equipment, that oddly isn’t even running (so why was it left?), and bring my belongings back and it’s been 6 weeks and they have not even responded and no work has been done. Thank you ServiceMaster by FES! I had a broken pipe in my bathroom that flooded most of my house. I was beyond stressed. It was late when I called and Bryce answered. He had a crew out to my house within a few hours. The guys were quick, professional and friendly. They had my home dry in a few days and repaired back to normal in 2 weeks! Great group of people doing the right things for the right reasons
Water mitigation team did a great job but do not hire them for your home repairs after a loss! Do yourself a favor and save time and money by hiring a contractor who focuses on home repair!
