I have always received excellent service from Service Wizard, and Justin kept up the high standards at my semiannual check today. He called beforehand to let me know he was on his way, was punctual, polite, and professional. He checked on a specific issue I was concerned about and sent a thorough report once he finished. Just got my early bird AC tune-up before the heat starts in earnest this year. My technicians Sam and Allan were great - they did a very thorough job and explained everything to me in detail. One of the things I really appreciate about Service Wizard is their excellent communication - reminders about upcoming visits, a heads up when your technician is heading over, and a timely summary emailed over right after the visit.
Daniel was awesome and had a welcoming demeanor. He explained the situation and answered all my questions. He got right to work on the service and was in and out in no time at all. I had a wonderful experience with Service Wizard and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Also I couldn't pass up their monthly club for fall and spring service tune ups. Also it comes with great benefits too and puts my mind at ease just in case we need to service our ac/heating system. Thanks Daniel, you did a great job! 👍🏼
100% go with Service Wizard. We’ve tried a few companies in the area and by far they have been the best from customer service and fast quality job done. We had technician Daniel L who was kind, patient with my questions, and efficient. Even asked about shoes or no shoes in the house which he came prepared with shoe covers. You can feel that they care and are genuine right at the get go. Thanks Daniel!
