Javier R. was great! So friendly and helpful! Really have loved my experience with their service plan. They come check everything out, tune everything up, and make suggestions without pushy upsells. And got an appointment quick! Highly, highly recommend.
Evan Frame did a remarkably thorough job of fixing the problem with my AC/Heater unit! Courteous, careful technician, and a great detective at figuring out the mystery of why there was no power to my thermostat!! ( A “P” trap had not been installed on the drain line. When water built up in the line, a sensor/safety switch turned off the power to the thermostat!”)
We have been customers since 2018 when we had Service Wizard replace our system. They sized our equipment properly, increasing the ducting and number of vents. We signed up for the semi-annual maintenance plan. It gives us peace of mind since our winters and summers are getting more extreme. Our tech today, Matthew Turner was terrific; both knowledgeable and personable. We love Service Wizard.
Javier performed a summer maintenance check up on my AC units today. He was extremely thorough in the inspection and testing of my systems. After which, he spent gave me a detailed explanation of the report he prepared for each unit including potential repairs and upgrades I might want to consider. I highly recommend Service Wizard for your heating and AC maintenance. Great service at a fair price.
Service Wizard & Daniel Lamb are outstanding!! Called this morning and met Daniel at my house this afternoon. He did a full assessment of my AC unit, looked in attic and kept me informed in what he was finding. He told me what he could do to fix current problem but saw signs of orher possible problems down the road. I said I thought it was time to get a new unit so he sat down with me to give me options for a new unit (mine is over 20yrs old) and got a new system ordered to be installed tomorrow!!
