Service Wizard is such a breath of fresh air among A/C repair companies. I've had 3 appointments with this company, and every time my experience has been 100% positive. They are quick to send out a tech to assess the situation, and their feedback always considers how to make the most of the current unit I have vs rushing to recommend a full replacement and launching into a full sales pitch for a new unit. Our technician, Evan, arrived promptly at the time he said he would which is amazing! He was efficient and thorough in his review of our issues and did an exceptional job troubleshooting and addressing the needs of our AC systems. He gave us good, reasonable information for future consideration but wasn’t pushy or overly alarming.
Suddenly and unexpectedly our ac stopped coolng. Our neighbors recommended Service Wizard. We called and they were here in a couple of hours. Mike, our tech, was courteous and explained the problems and gave us optional solutions and we were so impressed that we signed up for the 2x yrly service plan. We give them a 5 star rating without reservations!
Mike and Dominic did a great job helping us fix our air conditioner and concurrent plumbing issue. They were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We will definitely use Service Wizard again!
Had a great experience with Javier and Darren yesterday. They did routine maintenance on my air conditioners, the first since a remodeling of a bathroom, and they were able to find issues caused by the remodeling. Javier gave me an estimate for the repairs as well as indicate which he believed I could successfully accomplish myself if I was willing to forego their warranty on future issues there. Very respectful of my own agency, which is a rarity today. Would highly recommend them to others!
