They were very polite and quick to help me with my situation, my car was repaired earlier than expected. They even let us leave my rental car at the shop, and Enterprise came and picked it up.

Brought my car in to get fixed. They fixed it, but they left a window in my back seat they didn’t finish my door all the way. I had to go back to get it done. The service writer had an attitude. They didn’t cover the car properly when they painted it. I have over spray on my windshield and other windows. Since I have picked up my car I have had to come back every week. There is no quality control. This place is absolutely trash. I will never go back there. If I could give them no stars I would.
