Be prepared to have your car with them for a LONG time. I had a hit and run where someone completely swiped off my sideview mirror while my car was legally parked on my street. This is annoying enough, but when I brought my car in (12 days ago! and counting) they ordered the wrong mirror TWICE. They have been nice and responsive, but that doesn't make up for not having my car for almost two weeks.
