unethical business practices Do yourself a favor and never use this company. They returned my vehicle to me without disclosing that my insurance provider had not authorized certain repairs to my engine. They even told me to bring my car in for a 2nd diagnostic after months of me calling them to report problems. They then charged me a 2nd diagnostic fee KNOWING THE ENTIRE TIME that there were existing problems they never fixed. Slow, does not care much for details. Will not use this Service Center again. You should not either unless you like incompetence and slow responses. I had a collision on the driver's side door. The repair started roughly around February of 2014. When I got the car back the repair looked good. However, they scratched up the interior door panel.
