I can't say enough good things about my experience with Crash Champions on Mallory Station Road in Franklin. Do not bring your car here! Took two months to fix some minor repairs, and they didn’t even fix everything (including the AC, the headlights, and putting coolant in the car). Going on five months trying to get all of those issues fixed that were not resolved the first time. Horrible service, and they don’t ever call with updates. Every time I call, I’m given different information and cannot seem to get any answers. The worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop.
Rodney and the team turned an unfortunate scenario into a positive experience. Very transparent, great communication and fast turnaround time. Couldn't be happier with the work and team.
I went in to get a side fender put back on my car. Despite it being a really small job they were extremely kind and willing to do the work immediately. They even got the job done the same day despite having to go get some clips from Ford. The price was very fair and the whole thing was super simple. Great service.
We came from out of town, they fixed our window and had us out of their shop in 30 minutes. Friendly people, very professional, highly recommend this shop to everyone.
