Vehicle repaired under insurance claim after minor. Touted their lifetime guarantee on their work. First time the truck gets on the highway it has a huge vibration at high speed. When I called them about addressing it, they informed me that is between me and the insurance company. So it didn't have a vibration before the wreck, it does after the wreck and repair and the company who "fixed" it says "not my problem" So confused and frustrated. Find another option and don't trust the guarantee!
Although the ladies working there were nice and very friendly, the men there are a bunch of liars promising great service just so that I can have the worst experience with them, DO NOT COME HERE FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS!! They will claim the most they can get by giving the insurance the highest rates possible, my car was left with dirt and debris under the paint and they really believe they did the best job thinking I wouldn't notice which brings me to the part that they were supposed to change the doors on my car for new ones a... read more

Complete professionalism, from Start to Finish. Crash Champions associates would text me updates, which was so great of them. When you're in a situation like this, you need people who care and treat you like family. Not only did they do a Great job on my car repair but stayed on task to finish the job . So time came to pick up my car, just saying "who notices it doesn't have windshield wipers which had nothing to do with my repair.
