There's good people working here. My car broke down here when I was helping my mom, giving her a ride to sign paperwork, and a mechanic went out of his way to help diagnose the issue. I don't know his name, but I do want to recognize his kindness.
I encourage all of you to read through the reviews on this place. Pay attention to the numerous 1star reviews. They are legitimate. The 5 star reviews I guarantee you are fake. This establishment cut wires in order to remove the bumpers on my truck and then did not have the ability to connect them back correctly. I took my truck back to these clowns on two separate occasions to get the rear view camera fixed, which they incorrectly rewired after reassembling the bumper. Great job on the repairs cannot even tell the difference. They went out of the way to clean off some paint on the other side of my car free of charge. Great attitudes all around thank you! Update: Come to find out they never secured the top screws or some of the other fittings. One day a couple years ago the bumper just started hanging. Thought something was broken. Now that is has fallen off I can clearly see they never screwed in what seems to be the most load bearing screws. Now I have to shell out over 500 to fix what ap... read more
Had to get my Altima fixed after being hit in accident. Honestly, I was very impressed with how well crash champions did on the repair. The car honestly almost looks better than when I bought it, highly recommend!
Great repair work and back to being my new car. Kourtney took care of my dealings with the insurance company and kept me apprised to work being done on repairs and compliance with the insurance company. I highly recommend this business.
