Although the ladies working there were nice and very friendly, the men there are a bunch of liars promising great service just so that I can have the worst experience with them, DO NOT COME HERE FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS!! Complete professionalism, from Start to Finish. Crash Champions associates would text me updates, which was so great of them. When you're in a situation like this, you need people who care and treat you like family. Not only did they do a Great job on my car repair but stayed on task to finish the job . So time came to pick up my car, just saying "who notices it doesn't have windshield wipers which had nothing to do with my repair. Mary was beyond fantastic getting the rental car and going out of her way to help. The other lady was outstanding as well. The work was fast and better after I got it than before I turned car in. Highly recommend it and great people.
