Service first mortgage provided poor guidance when inquiring about the loan process and the loan officer that I had spoken to breached confidentiality when I decided to pursue business with another lender. He spoke to the seller’s realtor and disclosed credit report information along with telling them “I would not be approved for any loan due to a medical bill,” causing a poor experience for the seller as well.
