Simply amazing! Always been great
Customer service piece is great, and the video from the technician is nice. However, I don’t believe they drained all of my oil properly. Theirs is still dark colored oil on the dipstick and they only used 7 quarts of oil in my GX, which takes 8,. I think they are either not allowing old oil time to drain or not removing old filter as well when draining. *Update, service manager called, but didn't admit to anything, no empathy, no validation of my concerns so . . . off to a different service dept.
Had an appointment for service. Arrived and they said the wait to have a loaner car would be an hour or so. What is the purpose of an appointment if you still have to wait for over an hour just to get a loaner car. This has happened several times this last year when I take my car in for service. I will definitely rethink where I want to buy my next car when I purchase one this next year.
