Had an issue with the review mirror that popped off. Brought it in, got fixed in less than 10 mins no charge. Great quick service

I had another great experience getting my car serviced at Darrell Waltrip today. My usual advisor, Rick Nicholls wasn’t there, but James Robert Holt-Brady was very attentive and helpful and service manager Kwame Okraku is always a pleasure to work with. They keep my car in great shape and I’m grateful to have a team I can trust!
I brought my car in to have a recall serviced. I was offered a rental car while my car was being serviced. Taylor Berryman is my service advisor and as always, top service. He is kind, knowledgeable and always gets me taken care of with a smile. To top that, my car was ready within a couple of hours even though I added an oil change. One of the reasons that I keep coming back. Excellent customer service.
