I recently brought in my new Honda Odyssey because it was making unusual noises. I was worried the issue would be hard to diagnose—and I wasn’t wrong. Darrell Waltrip’s service centers are top notch! Jordan, my service advisor, remembers me every time I come in. The ladies in the lounge come by with cookies, popcorn, and drinks. They don’t do anything to your vehicle without discussing it with you first. They really understand what a hassle it is to be without your car or be stuck in a waiting room.
