Went in for service appointment and Rick helped me out in a few minutes. And I was on my way. Big thanks to Rick!!
car wouldn’t start without a jump for like 3 days straight. called at 7:30am, and they were able to get me in at 8am, test and change my battery, and i was able to get to work downtown (30 minute commute) all before 9am. apparently, they also offer to call you an uber for only $5 there and $5 back added to your bill regardless of destination. absolutely mind blowing. fantastic work y’all, and shoutout Jordan!
Chris Gary took great care of my Ridgeline again yesterday! I went in for a recall repair and as quick as a cat can blink an eye I was out of there. The waiting area is as comfortable as any waiting area I’ve ever been in, and if Chris is any nicer to me, I’m gonna have to adopt him I’m afraid. Well, maybe i’m exaggerating a bit but he’s a good guy! Highly recommended.
