The one time I used this company they were horrible...the technician was good but the helper smelt like pot didn't know what he was doing kept texting and using vulgar language...if anyone needs a plumbing company I recommend Riddell plumbing in mesquite....have a good day!
I recently had them in on an AHS garbage disposal repair and it was denied due to misuse without even looking at it. I had another repair guy in and he showed me the disposal and it was completely worn out. I had to pay for the repair. I noticed all the five star reviews and I am not sure the guys that had problems reported them. I am reporting this because AHS customers pay for home warranty for a reason, so when appliances wear out they are replaced. SCP Management please contact me. The receptionist keeps blowing me off.
What a wonderful experience we had from the phone call to set up appointment time until the two gentleman left after completing our repair! Great customer service, it's nice to see a company that still upholds high standards! Thank you all!
