RecommendedI don’t ever use the word “impeccable” to describe at a business. I’ve been coming here for years to service my Cadillac and that is the only world that comes to mind. From the moment I drive up, each person is so attentive to me. They know me by name and greet me. Even when I call to make an appointment! The service alone will keep me buying Cadillac!
Best car buying experience we have ever experienced. We live 3.5 hours away and Lindsey Renard handled everything over the phone and email. We just walked in and signed and were on our way! Highly, highly recommend Service!!
Terrible service. I brought my car in for an estimate then I call and no one answers. Weeks later I pick up my car and they charged me nearly $800 as a storage fee!! I was never Informed about storage fee being $24 a day. Also I tried calling and no one picked up. Just terrible service at the body shop.
So I have had so many problems with my car doing this for over 2 years they have charged me to change many things and it starts back up again but this time my check engine light comes on and service Chevrolet wants to tell me this shit is all in my head. My car is still under warranty, but they refuse to fix the problem!!! I even have videos to prove my problem
Service department is terrible! After owning my vehicle 3 years I have yet to have a good experience. Had an oil change appointment at 10. Got there at 9:30 and Andy laughed when I told him I had an appointment. He said it was going to be at least a 3 hour wait. I make an appointment because I have a 4 year old. I would never buy another vehicle here, and will start servicing it somewhere else.
