I just purchased a 2018 Cadillac XT5 with Nick Miller. We had previously purchased 2 Corvette Stingrays with Nick. We were totally pleased with everyone from Nick Miller (salesman) Kevin Cahannin( manager) and Denise Bernard( finance). They went above and beyond to help us purchase our vehicles. We have also always been pleased with the Service Department. I will Definately make further purchases with Service Chevrolet Cadillac and we also recommend them to family and friends.
Worst experience I've ever had buying a car worked deal over the phone an priced was changed when I made it the used car manager in the Cadillac dept treated me like I couldn't buy a escalade not going to say it was racial but it felt like it horrible experience never have I ever been treated like this ever....
Hands down the best service and the best deal! Our salesman (Layne) was a pleasure to work with and made the buying process a breeze! We will be back in the future!
By for the service department should be renamed non service. No one answering the phones knows what's going on and when they attempt to send you to someone all you get is a voicemail. I don't have time to leave voicemails and wait for somebody to return my call.
I repeatedly voiced that I did not want anything extra. Confirmed with the finance manager that I didn’t want anything extra. After I get home they added anti-theft stickers at a hefty price. They didn’t disclose it, even when I said I didn’t want anything extra. They also charged me for a full license, but transferred my plate without renewing it.
This place is a joke.. even for an oil change. even with an appointment..waited total of 5 hours here with an appointment between both visits.. paid for oil change and tire rotation.. check Your tires..they did not rotate them.. another 2.5 hour wait.. like I said.. a joke.
8/16/18 brought my Malibu in for regular oil change and my rear signal light was out. Made the appointment online as the email directed me to. Upon arriving Andy laughed at me and said the online appointment service wasn’t ever accurate and he belittled me for using it. My appointment was for 8:30am..got there at 8:15 am.... left there at 11:05am!!!! I was embarrassed and hurt at how I was spoken to, very unhappy with the long wait, so irritated.
