My husband & I purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV from Robert Shelton. Phenomenal & quick service. Teddy Menard delivered it to us after hours with a full tank of gas. Otis thoroughly went over all the "bells & whistles, OnStar, etc. We are very pleased so far, great job guys!
Every time I come to change my oil, I have to wait 3 hours. Explain to me why, if I am the first person there at 7 A.M.??? Then, I needed a sensor checked out, I was charged $100 without being told that beforehand, and nothing was done about it. Very disappointing. I will never bring my vehicle back to this shop and I most definitely would not recommend this Service Chevrolet to anyone.
