The absolute worst service I’ve experienced when dealing with car troubles. I was treated so badly, and David did a horrible job of communicating with me about my vehicle. He was unaware of information that I feel is vital in his position. Management is terrible, Candace ( office manger who refused to give me her last name when I asked) was very impolite, nonchalant and lied to me about other managers on duty. Our son just got home from Afghanistan and Lisa (with online sales) made it so easy to get him in the truck of his dreams. She worked with us answering any question we had until he was able to get back to the States. Once he got back the process went smoothly. They do love their military and we thank you!
Do not give this place any information. Don't left them take pictures of your driver's license. With their personal phones . Like my dumbass did . They can do whatever they want with your information as long as you don't become a customer. Service Chevrolet was the only one that had to have a copy of my license to give me a price.
