We bought a new house they had taken care of the hot tub for so we called to schedule. They no-showed not once, not twice, but 3 times! One time did they call to reschedule but several times blamed it on “schedule problems”. The last time they didn’t come I waited all afternoon for them and we never heard anything. My husband called after hours and left a voicemail and to this day we never heard from them. I’m just glad we didn’t pay them yet!!!
