I have never had any services performed for me from this establishment, and yet I have a past due amount that has been put on my credit report as if it's believed I received service from you. The "Crawl Space Solutions" division of Servall should be investigated for their business practices. During the sale of my home they came in and did an inspection for mold in my crawl space for a potential buyer. Servall gave the buyer a quote for the mold repair of all most $18,000,00. I lost that buyer. I brought in a New Home Contractor and a Home Inspector to see if I had a mold problem, their was no mold problem! Do not sign a contract or request this places service. There’s commercial grade chemicals you can use on Amazon and you know it’s done right. I’m never home so thought I’d have someone come do it while my son was home from deployment. I come home and my military son said the guy came in sprayed one room and left a stack of mouse traps for me to put out myself. Why would I put out my own mouse traps then pay you for a service?
