The food is good but the inaccurate wait times are frustrating. Be honest. It took me 2 hours and 10 minutes for an order they said 1 hr and 10 minutes. No apology just a stone faced here’s your bill. Margins are tight in this business but please hire some help.

ordered pizza for girls night A 6:30pm, didn't get pizza until 8:30ish by going to the front door and pizza was there on the ground😬 it was not only ice cold it was tasteless to say the least. called the restaurant and horrible customer service! was told that they would come back to get and to go on the site and request a refund, needless to say will not recommend Serra's to anyone and will not be dining with them again. unsatisfied customer 😡

Needs to be better in the Social media Department. And Actually have a Website not use a 3rd party App to advertise. Kinda Frustrating when you can’t find a menu what you wanna order online. And have to go to a Facebook page. Probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to actually hire a website company to make a website. Honest Independent review.
