Stayed here for a week visiting my friend and woke up to roaches every single day on the wall/bed/floor
I’ve been here three nights and it has already been a nightmare. You can hear the pipes creaking and cracking all day long, other units toilets being flushed, maintenance crews being loud, tenants being loud - and infestations of roaches. I want to move out already. I cannot believe I got myself into this. The unit is decently renovated but all the aforementioned issues and the fact parking sucks as well makes this a horrible living establishment.
1930 art deco, not restored, but sort of maintained. Pretty quiet (except for occasional high heels or boots on cement floor hallways). 4 blocks from Wilshire/Western purple line metro. Very limited parking available in underground garage, otherwise the parking in the immediate neighboorhood is difficult. One side, upper floors have views of Hollywood Hills. Ralph's, CVS, 24 Hour Fitness, Starbucks all in walking distance (2-4 blocks). Studios pretty spacious. Pretty mellow residents. Not a bad place.
