Horrible customer service and they do not follow up or do what they say they are going to do. Especially the service center. Go to Toyota at least they know how to treat you. I should have gone there first. This is the second time posting this..how is it getting deleted?
Did not like how they pressure you into buying a car if I tell you I am only looking it’s no need for you to keep trying to persuade me. I understand that is your job but please know when enough is enough they are very pushy
I recently visited to have an oil change and a new battery installed. They were extremely busy on a Thursday morning. Dennis Woods, the service manager was juggling cars, customers, technicians and a heavy work load. I was impressed by his calm and desire to help his customers and provide professional service under a mound of pressure that I’m sure has got to be overwhelming at times. Thank you for a job well done.
I would never purchase a car from them again the finance team there is horrible. They don’t reply to your email or return calls if I could give a 0 star I would!!!
