Morgan Smith is the BEST salesman. I took my aunt to shop for a vehicle. Morgan was very patient, answered all her questions, and explained every detail of purchasing a vehicle.
They misdiagnosed the problem with my car, performed a bunch of meaningless work, then charged me over $800. When I got back in my car, it had the same symptoms as before. That’s when I was told I probably had an internal engine issue that the work they performed would never be able to fix. Dare I say this was after I had spent 7 hours waiting on the tech to diagnose the problem and complete the work. Great service as always, and Aaron is Service Dept. provided great customer service and care with getting my appointment setup and making sure everything was accurate with my visit.
