Pablo was great to work with. He was available on weekends and after hours to answer. I bought a Prius remote and he made the process easy. I talked to a lot of local dealerships and some outside of the state and he was one of the best. Pablo is 5 star. Don't let him get away to a competitor. Finance department has room for improvement however. Nonetheless great work Pablo!
This was my first time purchasing a vehicle directly from a dealership, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. We arrived at 6 PM and didn’t leave until after 11 PM. As we were walking out, the salesman casually said, “Yeah man, since it’s 11 PM, the detailers have already left. First experience ever buying my own vehicle was absolutely ruined by this dealership. I traded in my truck for a Tacoma TRD Off Road and when driving it home the transmission skipped. Brought it back the following Monday and they informed me that it will need a transmission replacement (good thing they missed that in the inspection). Waited a week and a half and still no news. **WARNING: AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!** This place is the epitome of sleazy used car sales tactics. I called about a specific used car, stressing that I would be driving 3 hours to Birmingham and didn’t want to waste my time on a car that had been in an accident. Yet, during the test drive, the car whistled due to a door replacement from a previous accident.
