Very slow shipping and poor communication. I’ve been waiting for my order for an almost one month now. When I reached out a few weeks ago Eric said it didn’t ship because the snow storm. After the storm I followed up and Eric said it didn’t ship because they were waiting on parts from Japan. I said to ship what was in stock and I’ll Send a label to ship the rest once it arrives.
