I am having the exact same issues as the person below. I placed an order in August. I have not had any response after calling multiple times and sending emails to the mbuckner email provided in the order confirmation email. Communication is ZERO stars, Service ZERO stars. I will also be filing with my cc company and the BBB if I don't hear back in the next few days. I have been more than patient.
Absolutely the worst Toyota parts department I've ever dealt with. Made online purchase and 12 days later, no contact, nothing about why my order is on hold. Calls and emails go unanswered. mbuckner email is useless. Finally get through and was told it would ship that day...of course it didn't. Useless AI virtual assistance. Will NEVER purchase from again. Might have to go through my CC to get my $$ back.
Very slow shipping and poor communication. I’ve been waiting for my order for an almost one month now. When I reached out a few weeks ago Eric said it didn’t ship because the snow storm. After the storm I followed up and Eric said it didn’t ship because they were waiting on parts from Japan. I said to ship what was in stock and I’ll Send a label to ship the rest once it arrives.
