I test drove a 2011 Toyota 4runner 211,00 from this dealership in mid-January 2025. I had a used car inspection done from a mechanic in the area and everything checked out. About a week goes buy and I noticed the car seemed like it was miss-firing. So I scheduled a tune up to be done to the car. $500.00 dollars later we learned it had original plugs and the tune up did not fix the shudder. I had brought my 2018 Honda Civic to them to get diagnosed. The date gnosis was at the transmission control unit needed to be replaced. My car only has 80,000 miles on it and still has the powertrain warranty. Dwain told me it was not covered under the powertrain warranty. He quoted me about 2,500 in repairs. LADIES: Do not spend any time shopping at this dealership, unless you enjoy misogynistic salespeople.
