If I could put zero stars I would. I can’t even tell you how many times I was transferred and each time gave my date of birth to be put on hold and transferred again. Each time someone new will answer and I will have to re explain why I’m calling. This place is a total joke don’t even bother trying to make an appointment just go somewhere else. Unprofessional staff. How are they even in business?

Le pongo dos estrellas por que el lugar es limpio,las que atienden an sido amables el doctor eeee dos tres te atiende,las de laboratorio son las menos amables,tambien cuando le dan citas a mi hiba o no le hablan o le llaman ya cuando quieren,eso no importa se puede dejar pasar por que me imamgino que estan muy ocupados ,pero mi inconformidad es con las referencias ya me hoy 3/10/26 desde la 10:50 hasta ahorita 11:36 por dos referencias que al final termine como empece con nada bueno mi referencia si esta o no esta ya que,per... read more

Exelente... lleve a mi hijond 5 años y lo atendieron muy profesionalmente tambien mi esposo tuvo cita hoy y venia encantado d la atencion le dejaron exámenes para mañana . Muy eficientes gracias Dios los bendiga a tdos

I had scheduled an over the phone visit for today (3/4/26) with Dr. Villafranca, but he never called. This isn’t the first time this happens. Don’t come here, the lack of professionalism is acceptable. Switching providers ASAP!
