Muy mal servicio, mi esposo tenia cita en febrero y le llamaron un día antes para cancelarla, tuve q llamar para sacarle otra cita e hicieron lo mismo, le saque por tercera vez la cita y cuando fuimos le cancelaron otra vez, porque el Dr. no estaba, ( eso siempre era así, q el Dr. ya no estaba ahí, que el Dr. estaba dé vacaciones, Qué ese día no habia llegado, etc), pues colmaron mi paciencia y lo cambiar dé clinica
Their phone line system is the worse. I been on hold for 20 + minutes several times just to be transferred to a different department. They should offer a way to be directed to the department you need instead of waiting for the front desk to answer.
I was sent to the the front cauther for info about my daughter blood test form that the doctor wants to redo it, the girls long hair with a piercing on her nose, was very rude and unprofessional I was trying to explain her the situation and she just cut me off asking asking something else, then she sent me to the second floor, but yhe way she spoke to me and her tone, her attitude, she isvin a comer services part of her job is tobe nice, and with that says, I hope someone talks to her or maybe you guys don't care.
If I could leave a zero star I would. I would often call to schedule an appointment and I could never get a hold of Sylvia to schedule an appointment with the doctor. They kept saying they would call me back and never would. I eventually got something scheduled but they didn’t tell me the time nor the date.
