My experience with Serra Chevrolet in Centerpoint has been a blessing considering this is my first time buying a car on my by myself. The staff today was friendly, kind, and helpful. They did not hesitate to fix what was going on with my car and any questions I have had about how to work anything Chad and Matt have been quick to help me. These guy are just a blessing! I can't forget my girl Mrs Vickie!!!
Service was quick but very over priced.
I received a call from the dealer saying that on star says I'm due tire rotation and oil change. I set an appointment for Tuesday, it seems there were appointments every half hour. I chose 9:30. I arrived about 9:20 ,stated why I was there and handed over my keys. About an hour and a half later, they bring in my engine and cabin filter and ask if I want them to change them.
