Everything went very well. My appointment time was honored and done in a timely manner.
On Monday July 14th the battery in the 2024 Chevrolet Colorado that I purchased last May was dead when I tried to start it. After some maneuvering in the garage I was able to jump start the battery and then go to work. I phoned Serra Service later in the day to inform them and planned to drop it off Friday the 18th to fix the problem. I had my transmission go out unexpectedly, and since it is a vehicle that I literally make my living by using, the time period of being without it was definitely a strain. I say that to say, I can't recommend highly ENOUGH this service dept, chiefly because of Tessa. She not only went the extra mile(and then some!!), she kept me in the loop throughout the entire 3 week process, communicated unbelievably well with me throughout at each stage of the transmission replacement, and never made me feel as if me communicating with h... read more
