A Very Good Experience‎‎ – We drove to this dealership from Murfreesboro because their on-line selection looked superior to anything else out there. I would recommend Tom Bannen to anyone who wants a Chevy – Mr. Armstrong was very friendly and took a lot of time helping me purchase my first car. Mr. Young was really good at explaining all the detalis of my financing and warranty options. I love my car and appreciate everyones assistance. Don't Trust These People! – On March 28 my husband and I purchased a 2009 Chevy Malibu. We were happy with the sale except the vehicle had only one key fob. This is used to unlock the doors, truck, set alarm, etc... Knowing that two of us would be sharing the car we informed Shane Turner (our salesman) that we would require two key fobs. Good people skills – My experience when trying to buy what I wanted, from Tom Bannen was that I wanted a Chevy Equiox and got a chevy Impala, probably for the same monthly note. My salesman told me one thing ann the finance guy told me another. I really needed my note a little bit lower to be comfortable in my budget. Of course I probably bit off more than I could chew and will struggle to make it. I wanted a sunroof couldnt get that either. Really wante a Equinox bad with sunroof.
