GREAT SERVICE! My service guy ( I believe "Greg") was wonderful and very helpful. I needed my truck by the weekend for a trip and, I fully expected to be hosed by a dealership, but my truck was towed there anyway by local wrecker service ( lady tow driver - go figure!). Said I needed a fuel pump ( which I figured) and it was $650.00, which sounds bad but priced it elsewhere and found that they were not only cheaper than another dealer, but also cheaper than Pep Boys! I had the worst experience that I have ever had in my life at the Service Department!! I will never do business with this Dealership again!! I would have also given no stars if that was an option. Not only did they not fix my car, which is brand new!! They broke it even worse than before, and didn't bother to tell me!! I had to discover it when I picked up my car!! LIARS, OVERPRICED JUNK BE CAREFUL – The worst ecperience ever, told i could only buy one certain car with a really high down payment and interest rate. Contacted finance company and everything that was told to me by my sales person was a lie. Now they done got paid by the finance company they could care less whether i am happy. Hate the vehicle, its junk, and they want help me out in any way. Do ur research, and look elsewhere to buy a car. Carl McNickle &Greg the service writer very helpful. – I had a issue with the service dept. but Carl went way out of his way to make things right. Also Greg in service is great. I would recommend them for any auto repair.
Great Service from Jeff Boyd – I always buy my cars from a General Motors dealership, and my experience has been that customer service was not high on the priority list with most GM dealers, but Tom Bannen Chevy has taken service and customer satisfaction to a new level.
