I just had the very worst experience at Serious Texas Bar-BQ, Bloomfield, NM. My brisket sandwich was cold. In fact, the dog scraps they gave me were hotter than my sandwich. The people working there were absolutely rude when I asked for extra BBQ sauce. There were no customers and I can see why. This used to be my favorite place to go, not anymore.
