While visiting from Idaho my car was targeted by predators. They watch lots and then tow your vehicle with no respect of your property. If you watched a man his daughter and 8 month pregnant wife park in a lot to get a bite to eat knowing they were from out of state would you say you cant park here? Or would you tow their vehice? Their actions resulted in my daughter being late for a dance competition and my pregnant wife walking a mile!
