111924. Primary Care receptionist, Danielle, thank you for your help and kindness. I was struggling with caring a heavy gift bag from VA before my appointment. Danielle checked me on and then came back with a reusable bag to carry my gift in. My pouch I carry every day says "KIND" on it. Danielle fits that title. Thank you kind lady, very few like you.
