I had a terrible toothache and Dr. Giese stayed late to fit me in. She quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me information necessary to make an informed decision for treatment. She also contacted me on the weekend to follow up and see how I was doing. The entire team was professional and very personable. An added perk - their office is beautiful and inviting and has a lot of windows which allows the patient nice views rather than staring at a wall! I will definitely be back!
Been to a lot of dentists but none better than Dr. Giese at Sergeant Bluff Smiles. Great staff, wonderful care and a great view from the chair!
Very friendly staff. The whole staff goes over everything done, what's needed and is thorough in what they do. They answer questions and make you leave feeling like your best interests were addressed. Very professional and friendly all around. I am usually very apprehensive when it comes to the Dentist. However, at my filling appointment, Dr. Laura Giese and her staff were very professional and caring. It was the most painless appointment I have ever had. I definitely will recommend Sergeant Bluff Smiles to all my friends and family.
As expected I was met with a cheerful reception and seen almost immediately. The evaluation requested was thorough and professional. Dr. Giese was very helpful in explaining her observations and concerns about the tooth in question. Her prompt referal for further evaluation and scheduling the necessary appointment before I left the office was much appreciated. As always Dr. Giese and all in her office were very kind and considerate care givers.
Yesterday was my fourth visit to SB Smiles. I had a filling done, and experienced very little pain. Dr. Laura is my all-time favorite dentist. I recommend her and SB Smiles to all Siouxland families wanting quality care!
