I am very pleased with my first experience at Smiles. I have to admit that I have a fear of the dentist. Only going when in need. The tech that cleaned my teeth was so caring and with no pain. She took the fear away! The visit with the dentist was like no other that I have had. I feel that at age 73, I will no longer avoid the dentist, thanks to Smiles.
Dr. Giese is awesome and so is her staff! Very prompt on appointment times Takes the time to explain everything in detail. Very willing to make the patient feel special and right at home!
I have never been one to like going to the dentist, but Dr. Giese has been fantastic! She's very kind and caring and tells you everything she is doing as she is doing it. The hygienists are also just as great. They make going to the dentist so much easier! Being able to watch Netflix while they work on you is another bonus.
I was so scared to get my cavity filled and I mean so nervous that I almost didn’t go. When I arrived the staff was supportive and made this as easy as they possibly could. I honestly felt no pain. I was quite impressed and will be back!
I am afraid to go the dentist but the staff were so supportive and understanding. I know I have found my lifetime dentist. I appreciate all they did and plan to spread the word!

We were very pleased with the services provided during our first visit to this clinic. Friendly staff. Nice, clean facility. Really like the exam rooms, comfortable and openness. Overall a great experience.
I have had the same dentist forever and when I went to Dr. Giese, I was amazed at all the new technology. The hygienist, Heather, was very kind and explained everything that she was going to do and Dr. Giese was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. I have referred three friends to her practice as I know they will be happy also!
Dr. Giese did an incredible job on a tooth that has bothered me for years. Best dental experience by far. Sgt. Bluff Smiles is the best!
