Sgt. Bluff Smiles, Dr. Giese and her staff, are wonderful and caring. They take great care of myself and my family, they take time to explain, listen, and answer any questions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
My father was my dentist for 30 plus years of my life. After he retired, I had no clue who to replace him. I’m extemely happy I found Dr. Giese and her amazing staff at Seregant Bluff Smiles! They are very welcoming, professional and caring. I highly recommend Sergeant Bluff Smiles to anyone in the Sioux City area.
You start your visit by being greeted by Marlene! At least one or two smiling faces also greet you (by name, by the way). Then, the kindest, friendliest, and most knowleable dentist walks in. She proceeds to review everything you could want to know and discusses all options (in terms that you can understand). By the time you leave, you feel like you've been with friends. This was the best experience ive ever had with a hygienist, she was very gentle on my teeth, and i have very very sensitive teeth and gums. .Dr. took the time to explain everything to me and made sure i understood everything. Best dental experience Ever. Would highly recomend this office and team.. 6 stars
