As someone completely new to sewing, Brad took the time to explain the basics, recommend the right tools, and share practical tips that made everything feel much more approachable. I'm looking forward to visiting this shop more as I continue with sewing projects!
Our Miele vacuum was in need of repair from owner "abuse". We have always had our two Miele machines serviced here. We got distracted and forgot to have our regular service and almost destroyed our top of the line machine. Todd worked his magic. The inside of the machine looks brand new. My wife just used it and we where astonished how well it now works. Before we left the store we left our second machine for service. Can't say enough great things about this stores service. Also his sewing stuff looks amazing.
Excellent service and easy location to access! I dropped my machine off for a tune up, but was unable to pickup as soon as the service was complete. surge a lot was very helpful and allowed me to schedule a later pickup date without hesitation!
Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, well stocked — this shop is truly a gem. I took my machine in for repair and quickly learned that an upgrade to a higher quality machine would only be a little more than the cost of the repair. There was no pressure to purchase a new machine, rather, Brad shared his expertise on the subject so that I could make a fully informed decision before going through with the repair.
