Dr. Serfas is a great dentist and well attended to my dental needs for 3 decades. My teeth are pretty good, but issues that came up were addressed promptly and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism.
Overall I wouldn't recommend Dr. Serfas. After noticing I had some issues regarding my gums I switched practices, only to find out that mu gums receded so badly I needed thousands of dollars of dental work. Needless to say this could have 100% been detected and prevented.
Can a dental procedure be a lovely experience? Well astonishingly, yes it can. Dr Serfas and his incredibly patient and kind team made my dental work actually an enjoyable experience. Fixed everything quickly and perfectly.
Great dentist. Fabulous office staff. Friendly service.
Dr Mark is the best dentist I have ever been with. I would highly recommend him!
