I decided to give salon Serenza a try as I am new to Burien and looking for a stylist. I arrived on time for my appointment and showed the stylist a picture of what I had in mind. She seemed confident in the cut however I could tell with how fast she was cutting and not even trying to conversate with me she was rushing. I was there for approximately a half hour and left with my hair not even fully dry. No one has ever spent that little time with me in a salon, ever. I go to Helena, but everywhere there is nice, professional, personable, and I enjoy each haircut! Plus, you can book through their online system so easily!
Daniel is absolutely brilliant with coloring and cutting my baby-fine, wavy hair! I will happily continue making the ferry/drive from Whidbey Island to have my hair done at this wonderful salon.
