I did the infrared sauna and it was amazing! I love the atmosphere. It's clean, simple and elegant. Definitely a spa environment that will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to optimize your body's natural healing abilities. The massage chair is unlike any that I have ever tried. It was truly fabulous!

I am not the type that can typically sit still for over an hour, so I was super nervous! But it was great! Plug in some trance/house music (which is different than the “house” music they pipe in as a default �) and float away from all the heinousness of our world today! Pro tip: if you have one of those silly newer phones without a headphone jack BRING YOUR ADAPTER!!!
