Incredible. Bought a membership and will be floating twice per month.
My 14 yr old son plays sports, after a week long of training and weights he was sore and exhausted. So he did the 60 min. float session, and was a little skeptical at first. When he came out he was refreshed, muscles relaxed and said he slept really good that night. He is looking forward to his next visit!
I tried this for the first time yesterday and it was awesome! The staff was awesome and the setup is extremely relaxing. I slept like a baby last night and feel messed stressed. I highly recommend this for anyone who suffers with anxiety.
I will definitely be back! I love how I was given a tour and the owner took the time to tell me what to expect and what to do. I tried the float pod as well as the infrared sauna this morning and I still feel so relaxed! Thank you!
