I have never tried anything like this before that being said I was a bit hesitant. Derrick showed me around and told me all about it so I tried my first float. It was amazing honestly I felt like I had just got back from a week vacation! I felt completely rejuvenated! This place is amazing! So glad we have this in Bloomington. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I've done the float and sauna and enjoyed both. Definitely recommend!

Loved the Float tank! It’s a fantastic way to relax and allow your body and brain recover. I think it’s a great way to combat stress and cutting edge way to help reset your mind. For athletes I believe it’s benefits are incredible for recovery after high intensity and impact training. For moms, it’s a great way to truly relax without distractions! Lastly, I just had the best night of sleep after floating last night... Go, you will not be disappointed!
This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! I did the 30 min in the infrared sauna and it was totally relaxing. I wasn’t sure about it at first when I was thinking of doing it but it was so worth it. And I definitely recommend it to anyone! I also did the zero gravity massage chair after and that was such a great add on especially after the sauna. Helped me relax a little longer before leaving. I can’t wait to make another appointment!
I just had the most incredible experience at Serenus Float and Wellness. I had a session in their infrared sauna and it exceeded all of my expectations. I spent 30 minutes completely relaxing and unwinding and left the facility feeling renewed and ready for the rest of my day. I absolutely loved my first float experience. First, the place is beautifully decorated, the owners go out of their way to make your experience the most positive. If you know how to meditate and clear your mind free of clutter than you have an advantage others don't. Since I have meditated before it was easy to fall into that state and totally totally relax. Feeling Great and so ready for my next ONE. Thank you Derrick and Joe for a totally awesome experience.
