RecommendedMy daughter and I really enjoyed our day here! We loved the float pods, sauna, zero gravity massage chairs, and cryotherapy chamber. Really relaxing and unique experiences! Joseph, the owner, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to give us a tour and answer all of our questions. The entire facility is super clean and calming. I highly recommend checking this place out!
I have been using Serenus Infrared Saunas for about 6 months. It is such a mood and energy booster. I experience significant bouts with anxiety and depression & don’t know how to survive some days without using the sauna. Research saunas and infrared saunas and you’ll learn all of the great health benefits. I love it!

I’m in town for a short time and they were able to work with me and my nephew to get us an appointment for whole body cryo. It was a great experience and excellent facility. I will certainly be stopping by each time I am in town!
My uncle and I came up for a Cryo session. We both were impressed with not only the facilities but the service. We had a great experience. Would recommend!
Had my first 60 minute float in the cabin yesterday and it was AMAZING! I was not sure what to expect, but it most certainly exceeded my expectations! Have shared with several friends and will be going back very soon! Joseph was kind, professional, and thorough in explaining everything! HIGHLY recommend!
