Was not happy with their service! The lady who helped me in the middle of helping me jump to some more customers who came in AFTER I did and left me waiting in the back room. Very rude! I would’ve bought three wigs!

Booked an appointment through their website (from the available dates and times that were listed), got a confirmation email, showed up, and the store was locked. Called and got no answer or response from them...Disappointed that my appointment was ignored with no contact or notification as to why from them.

I love Serenity! I moved here from Houston where I had purchased several wigs, the result of chemo. I found Serenity, and I’ll NEVER go to another wig salon. There’s hardly a day goes by that I’m not told how beautiful my hair is! I’ve purchased 3 wigs from Serenity. They have the largest selection of beautiful wigs. In fact I’m going there in a couple of days to have 2 of my wigs cleaned and another one restyled....and maybe buy another one. I HIGHLY recommend Serenity!!
