I've been getting my hair and nails done here for years and I have never been disappointed. They are also great with facials and pedis.
You know, there are a lot of people in this world that just like to complain about something, even if there's a solution offered. These people must be very unhappy within themselves. These ladies are TERRIFICALLY AWESOME!! Their personalities are fun yet down to earth and their techniques and knowledge are up to date and excellently executed. They are always willing to go above and beyond to have happy customers and I would recommend them to ANYONE.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! Having said that I never even got the chance to go. My husband got me a manicure and pedicure package for Christmas and they said they would send the email out with the gift certificate 2 days before. He never got the email (which was supposed to be a stocking stuffer) and called multiple times to try to get the situation corrected. The owner didn't offer anything but an excuse to fix the situation. I was excited to go, but I will be telling everyone to avoid this place!
Everybody I encountered was so super nice and my nails turned out fabulous, so glad I found them!!
LOVE this place! Been going for about 12 years and they are fabulous!
