Services were good, had some issues with gift certificate that caused quite a bit of commotion but owner worked diligently to get the issue resolved. A huge thank you to that, you could have just let it be and had unhappy customers. You went above and beyond to get it straightened out, and for that I truly appreciate your loyalty to your customers. Thank you again! I am very pleased with Serenity and the staff!!
Finally able to use my facial certificate that I got for my birthday from my God Mother and let me tell youuuuuu! Sami was amazing! She was very helpful with the questions that I had and well educated in her services and products the salon offers. I felt very comfortable while there, and saying I was relaxed afterward would be an understatement! I would highly recommend this salon for a facial if anyone is ever hesitant on where to go!
