Love the atmosphere .Even more I love the Yoga instructor Kathryn. She offers alternatives to poses and is very helpful.Kathryn explains what we are doing why we are doing it and how to do it. I took yoga years ago but never had such a professional instructor. I look forward to every class. Namistay
