I’ve been going to Serenity for the past few months and I LOVE it! I go to Rachel for my lashes and she kills it! They’re so voluminous without being too heavy and they really last. Hope does my hair and she is a freaking wizard! She knew exactly what I wanted when I was struggling to explain it. She takes her time to explain the process and make you feel comfortable. Compassion and not greed. Don't blame covid on an appointment where a emergency that i was able to prove. Death is rough. Especially since I was told due to covid, my emergency wasn't there problem.
I had been growing my roots out over the last few months, especially during the covid19 pandemic and shut downs. I'm a notorious box dyer and get in a rut with my hair fairly often. I decided it was time to get something done after these long gray roots grew for months.
