I planned on only reaching out to the salon after my appointment yesterday but I think it’s only fair that I share my experience so that others can make an educated decision when planning what is supposed to be a relaxing day. I am due with a new baby in just 2 weeks. I made an appointment for 1:15 yesterday. When I arrived, instead of a warm welcome to my first time at this salon I was told my appointment was at 1:00. I double checked the appt time I had put in my phone immediately after hanging up to schedule the appt and it did in fact say 1:15. I apologized still but was told I would have to skip either the mani or pedi I had scheduled to go with my pre-natal massage. I don’t have much more time to have things done before my baby arrives so this was very upsetting. I was then offered a shorter massage instead, which, was the entire reason I had made an appt here. However, to be able to include all 3 services I agreed to shorten the massage. In hindsight, I wish I would have left at that moment. After the massage I had a pedicure and then my nails. I was then rushed out of the door with wet nails, that were damaged before even leaving from getting payment from my purse and again starting my car. I got home feeling like I had just wasted $180 on my one last attempt at a relaxing day before birth. I did message the salon when I got home and was offered 20% off my next visit. A discount doesn’t make amends for how I was treated. I am not going to spend $100+ to give this salon a second chance. I hope that the ladies working learn from my experience that for some these appointments are more than just a routine mani/pedi and could be the clients very last chance relaxing for a day. I highly suggest finding a more personable salon if you’re planning a special day for yourself.

Yvonne and the team are the best - I have never gotten better results or felt better about myself as when I walk through the door at home after getting my hair cut and beard trimmed at Serenity and seeing my wife smile at me and say "hi handsome". Serenity is the place gentlemen!

Very welcoming from the minute you enter , offering a beverage or anything you might need. A warm calming environment, where you feel very relaxed the minute you enter.
