Awesome staff that makes you feel pampered and relaxed!
My mom had a scheduled appointment with Serenity for a massage and they CANCELLED her appointment without warning! It was her 67th birthday and she was to have a day at the spa to be pampered and feel special! Needless to say, her day was ruined and my mom was crushed! She cried on the way home because she was looking forward to having a day of relaxation. The owner of the spa was NOT sympathetic that mom's BIRTHDAY was RUINED and didn't even offer for her to have a complimentary pedicure...something, anything could have bee... read more
